My name is David Brennan, and these photos changed my life.
In June of 2025, I departed my home in Loudon, Tennessee to finally see for myself what beauty this country had to offer. At the age of 24, I had never been west of Nashville, and that was something I desperately needed to fix. Living solo out of my trusty van Fergus, I set off on the journey of a lifetime, traveling over 13,000 miles through 22 national parks. Along the way, I made sure to capture as much as I could on my camera, getting the highest quality images I was capable of to do these incredible places the most justice I could. These photos are incredibly special to me, as every single one has a story. These aren't places I flew to just to take pictures of. These are places I found, places I slept, places I hiked miles to capture. These places and images represent my unbridled freedom, expression, and the incredibly special and unique time I got to spend on the road.

This map isn't just where I plan to go, it's where I physically went. I used an app called Polarsteps that used the GPS in my phone to draw this line everywhere I traveled.
